Fire hits 7 buildings, displaces families in Wis.

PULASKI, Wis. — Authorities say a fire has swept through at least seven buildings in downtown Pulaski, displacing several families but causing no serious injuries.

Brown County sheriff’s dispatchers say firefighters had the blaze under control by Saturday morning. The fire broke out overnight, though it wasn’t immediately clear what ignited the blaze.

Dispatchers say the buildings included businesses and apartments, and that the fire pushed eight families out of their homes.

Other details weren’t immediately available. A message was left early Saturday for a fire department spokesman.

Pulaski is about 17 miles northwest of Green Bay.
