Visitation set for U of I student from Barrington who died
Visitation services have been set for a University of Illinois student from Barrington who died Wednesday.
Bret Vogt, 21, was a junior majoring in general engineering, a longtime hockey player and a 2013 Barrington High School graduate.
His visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 13, at Davenport Family Funeral Homes, 149 W. Main St., Barrington.
Urbana police earlier in the week said there is an ongoing investigation into the cause of his death, but foul play is not involved.
