The Daily Herald prints anniversary announcements in a special section published the third Sunday of each month. Information should be received at least 30 days before publication to be included in the upcoming issue. When choosing a photograph do not submit a picture taken with a softlens as we cannot guarantee the quality of the reproduction. At the end of this form, there will be a link to instructions on how to attach an image, or mail one in to our office.
