Demonstrators protest at Banker's meeting
Protesters, joined by civil rights leader the Rev. Jesse Jackson, marched up Chicago's Michigan Ave. demanding banking reform.
The march Tuesday came as the American Bankers Association held its annual conference in a downtown hotel.
During a march that stretched for more than a block, participants chanted "the bankers got bail out, we got sold out" as they headed for the hotel. Organizers of the march included labor unions, community and religious organizations.
AFL-CIO national president Richard Trumka said the bankers treated the bailout money taxpayers worked so hard to earn like it was Monopoly money.
Jackson said the marchers aren't just concerned about the bankers, but also about government policies.
