• Lavell D. Murry, 18, of the 1300 block of Cimmaron Court, Elgin, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 31 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after police reported finding a chrome smoking pipe filled with burned marijuana residue inside his car. He posted bond and was released. His preliminary court date was not available Sunday.
