Public input needed for new playground designs

The Batavia Park District would like to invite residents to participate in a public input meeting to help choose the design for new playground equipment that will be installed this summer at Payne Woods Park, 2020 Gillenwater St., and Big Woods Park, 1063 S. Raddant Road.

This meeting will be in an open house format. It will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, at the Lodge at Laurelwood, 800 N. River St.

Since 2000, the park district has been renovating its playgrounds on a 15-year rotation. Residents are encouraged to bring the whole family!

Park district staff want to thank the community in advance for taking time to give your input on this exciting project coming soon to your parks.
