Happy about tax-free pensions?

If you're not yet upset about the 2 percent state tax hike, here's something to add fuel to the flames. Did you know pensions are not taxable by the state of Illinois? So the Oak Brook mayor and his wife receiving over $142,000 in pensions? They pay zero dollars to the state of Illinois. Aren't you happy to be supporting them?
