Toews back in the lineup for playoff Game 1

It’s official. Finally.

After missing 22 games due to a concussion, Jonathan Toews will be back in the lineup for Game 1 against Phoenix on Thursday.

Yeah, it looks good,” Toews said. “I feel comfortable playing. It’s time to go. I’m excited.”

Toews will center for Marian Hossa and Patrick Kane.

“Emotionally it’s good for our team,” Hawks catch Joel Quenneville said of the captain’s return.
