Man stabbed to death in Schaumburg apartment

Schaumburg police are investigating the murder of a 31-year-old man who officers found suffering from multiple stab wounds late Saturday night at a village apartment complex. One person remained in custody Sunday afternoon, but police said no charges had been filed. An autopsy on James A. Gosnell, whose last known residence was in Poplar Grove, determined the cause of death to be homicide due to multiple stab wounds, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office. Full story.
