Two men set off fireworks, burn down portable bathroom in Arlington Hts. park

Arlington Heights police are looking for two men who reportedly set off fireworks in a park and burned down a portable bathroom on Monday night.

According to a police report, two men were seen setting off fireworks near a portable bathroom in Patriot Park, 1815 N. Dale, just before it caught on fire.

The two men reportedly fled the area and the portable bathroom, valued at approximately $2,000, melted to the ground.

One of the offenders was described as a Hispanic man about 18 years old, 5’8’’ and 135 pounds with black hair wearing a blue shirt and jeans. The other was described as a white male about 5’3’’ and 150 pounds with blonde hair and light colored skin.
