To lose weight, Liesl Ignoffo thought she'd have to spend endless hours on a treadmill. She does run the treadmill - between all her other exercises. She also crawls on it with her hands, stretches giant rubber bands, lunges with dumbbells, jumps on boxes and pummels a heavy bag.
