Round Lake Heights' 22nd festival features parade, magic

Round Lake Heights celebrated its 22nd annual festival Saturday, kicking off with a parade through the village's neighborhoods.

After the parade, the festival grounds at the village hall hosted a variety of fun events including kids rides and games, crafters, food vendors and live bands at the one-day event.

A magic show featured Jim Sommers, Joe Powers Band and Liberty Teeth provided the live entertainment. Other activities included a K-9 demonstration, a bags tournament and fireworks.
