Spinach Fruit Salad

Spinach Fruit Salad Dressing ¾ cup raspberry vine-gar ¼ cup vegetable oil ½ cup sugar 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon salt1-2 tablespoons poppy seeds Salad 1 pound spinach, cleaned and stemmed 1 (16-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained, or 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries 1 pound mushrooms sliced ½ red onion, sliced ¼ cup sunflower seeds, or 2 tablespoons sesame seedsCombine dressing ingredients. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.Combine salad ingredi-ents. Pour dressing over salad.
