Briefs: Print Perfect moves to new building

BATAVIA -- Print Perfect, founded in an Aurora garage nearly 20 years ago, has moved its more than 20 employees into a new, state-of-the-art building in Batavia less than two miles from its former headquarters. Frank Babich is president and co-founder of Print Perfect and Roger Lauger is his partner.

Cohen Financial obtains financing

Cohen Financial said it has secured two loans totaling $17.4 million in acquisition financing for 258 apartment units. One of the multifamily properties of 150 units is located at 36033 N. Grand Oaks in Gurnee. The other 108-unit property is at 712 Water's Edge Drive in Lake Villa.

Storm damage reports coming in

More than 2,777 Country Insurance & Financial Services clients have reported damage in last week's storms, with estimated losses of $8.2 million. The largest concentration of losses reported to Country was in Schaumburg, where 560 claims were filed. Warrenville had 353 claims.
