Legend Lakes opens four new models
Four new townhouse models are open to tour at Legend Lakes in McHenry.
Developed by Rolling Meadows-based Kimball Hill Homes, Legend Lakes is a community of 674 single- and multi-family homes near the intersection of Bull Valley Road and Curran Road.
The Country Townes features seven townhouse floor plans ranging in size from 1,156 to 1,987 square feet and base-priced from $158,990 to $193,990. The four new models are the Discovery, Moonstone, Nightingale and Meadowspring plans.
The Meadowspring, a ranch, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an open floor plan with a large living/dining area.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom Discovery is a two-story raised-ranch. The lower-level great room is shown with a large foosball table and complete media setup. The second level opens to the kitchen and family room and can include an optional three-sided fireplace.
The ranch-style Nightingale and the traditional, two-story Moonstone are base-priced from $166,990 and $179,990, respectively. The three-bedroom, 1½-bath Moonstone model has a two-story ceiling and split staircase. The Nightingale has an optional family room with a volume ceiling.
The neighborhood includes parks, soccer fields, tennis courts and a basketball court, as well as two lakes with lighted fountains and a walking and fitness trail.
To visit Country Townes, take Route 31 to Bull Valley Road and turn left. Continue to Curran Road and turn right. Turn right again into the community.
