Wonder Woman Week: Kit Kat Lounge and Supper Club, 3799 N. Halsted, Chicago, offers two dinner packages and a variety of special menu items Sept. 9-16 for Lynda Carter pre-theater dining. Carter, TV's Wonder Woman, will be performing "An Intimate Evening with Lynda Carter" at the nearby Apollo Theatre Sept. 11-16. Package one, $30, includes two appetizers, an entree and martini. Do the twist: Regina's Via Trent Uno Restaurant now offers wind-down summer Smirnoff-flavored twist martinis. Flavors include cranapple, orange cream, tangtini and twisted cola. All are priced at $5. Call (847) 836-0078.

Birthday dessert: Cafe Matou, 1846 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago, celebrates its 10th anniversary in September with a special birthday dessert and wine pairing for $10. It's a homemade buttermilk sorbet served with fresh berries and paired with a glass of wine. Call (773) 384-8911.

Wine and Dine: Mill Pond Shoppes, Robert Parker Coffin Road in Long Grove, presents a sampling of more than 80 wines, accompanied by live entertainment and the opportunity to enjoy a meal at one of Long Grove's local restaurants. $20 per person fee includes sampling in the wine tent, a souvenir Long Grove logo wine glass and a program listing all the wines. Wisconsin wine: The Lake Geneva Wine Festival ripens for its inaugural outing tonight and tomorrow at two Wisconsin locations: The lakeside campus of George Williams College of Aurora University and in downtown Lake Geneva. Mole Festival Brunch: Adobo Grill, 2005 W. Division St., Chicago, features an all-you-can-eat mole brunch buffet 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 16. Mix and match dishes like marinated pan seared scallops with pumpkin seed mole, flat iron steak in a chinchilo mole, and wood oven roasted pork loin in a fruity manchamanteles mole.

Unibroue Beer Dinner: Le Lan, 749 N. Clark Street, will host a beer and food paired dinner at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 27. Executive chef Bill Kim offers a six-course, small plates menu with selected beer pairings from the artisanal brewery of Unibroue, Quebec, Canada.
