Offering nearly 2,100 square feet of living space, up to three bedrooms and an attached two or three-car garage, the maintenance-free Hampton floor plan at the Villas at Gilberts Town Center has been the hands-down favorite among first-time buyers.
The Villas at Gilberts Town Center is a Par Development, Inc. community of 138 homes attached in pairs. In addition to the Villas, Gilberts Town Center also offers townhouses and several series of single-family homes.
Highlights of the 2,063-square-foot, two-story Hampton include three bedrooms or two bedrooms and optional loft; 2½ baths; kitchen with breakfast bar and dinette area; dining room with volume ceiling; family room with volume ceiling; and attached two-car or optional three-car garage.

The Villas at Gilberts Town Center include full basements, central air conditioning, painted six panel doors and trim, 9-foot or volume ceilings (per plan), landscaped yards and insulated raised-panel garage doors. Kitchens have G.E. gas ovens and ranges, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, disposals and Corian countertops in choice of four colors. Master baths have separate showers and soaking tubs as well as ceramic tile on tub decking and shower walls.
Buyers can customize their villa by adding finished basements, fireplaces, interior oak doors and trim, intercom systems, central vacuums, electronic air filters and humidifiers. A monthly assessment will cover snow removal and landscape maintenance.
