Immediate delivery offered at Talamore
Buyers wanting a new home now won't have to wait for four of the townhomes built by Ryland Homes in Huntley's Talamore development.
One of two builders in this 806-acre Huntley community, Ryland offers a maintenance-free lifestyle to buyers at Talamore, located on Route 47 and Talamore Boulevard.
Ryland offers five two-story townhouse plans ranging from 1,310 to 1,690 square feet in size. Homes are priced from $204,990 to $232,990 and feature two or three bedrooms, 1½ to 2½ baths and attached two-car garages.
The four homes for immediate delivery are:
• A 1,310-square-foot, $245,872 Dunham with a lookout basement includes two bedrooms and a loft; 2½ baths; a kitchen with maple cabinets open to the dining area and 10-by 10-foot outdoor patio; two-story great room; master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and luxury garden bath; full hall bath; second-floor laundry and attached two-car garage.
• Another Dunham is also offered for September delivery without a basement and is priced at $211,777.
• A 1,380-square-foot Krofton priced at $199,990 is also available and includes two bedrooms; 2½ baths; a two-story family room; kitchen with black-on-black appliances; dining area; master bedroom suite with vaulted ceiling, walk-in second-floor laundry; central air conditioning and attached two-car garage.
• The 1,591-square foot Everton is priced at $239,471. It features three bedrooms; 2½ baths; kitchen with maple cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, recessed can lighting and corner pantry; dining area with access to the outdoor patio; family room with fireplace; two-story living room; master bedroom suite with large walk-in closet and luxury garden bath with ceramic tile flooring, soaking tub and separate shower; two secondary bedrooms served by a full hall bath; second-floor laundry room; and attached two-car garage.
"We're also scheduling spring deliveries for buyers who want to build a townhouse with Ryland, taking advantage of 2007 pricing but moving in 2008," said Robert Meyn, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes.
More than 2,000 homes are planned for the neighborhood, which boasts 170 acres of open space, including an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with a party room, concession area, tot-lot and outdoor pool. In addition, more than 4.5 miles of walking trails meander through Talamore. A 37-acre sports core, with soccer and baseball fields as well as basketball courts, will be maintained by the Huntley Park District.
In addition to the townhouses, buyers may select from seven single-family floor plans in Ryland's Landmark Collection. Homes range from 2,235 to 3,130 square feet in size, and two decorated model homes are open for touring.
Ryland Homes also offers 150 Hartford Series single-family homes ranging from 2,653 to 4,229 square feet in size. Three models are open daily for touring.
To visit Talamore, take I-90 to Route 47 north to Talamore Boulevard west to the Ryland sales center. Talamore Boulevard is one mile north of Algonquin Road. The sales center is open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Mondays, when hours are noon to 6 p.m.
