Briefs: DeVry scholarships to go to veterans

OAKBROOK TERRACE -- DeVry University and AMVETS recently announced a partnership to provide up to 30 scholarships for veterans and families. Starting in November, the partial-tuition scholarships will be available to those who have applied for or enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree programs at DeVry University or its Keller Graduate School of Management. DeVry University's AMVETS Scholarship is available to 10 students each semester and up to a total of $9,000 over the course of a degree program.

OfficeMax offering new design service

NAPERVILLE -- OfficeMax Inc. on Thursday announced it is expanding its line of business design services through OfficeMax ImPress, OfficeMax's print and document services unit. The Naperville-based firm said the niche service will target small business owners.
