Briefs: Inland secures credit contract

OAK BROOK -- Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust Inc. Tuesday announced it had entered into a three-year, $225 million unsecured revolving line of credit with a $75 million accordion feature, for a total borrowing capacity of $300 million. KeyBank National Association is acting as administrative agent. Charter One Bank is acting as the syndication agent, and Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale as the documentation agent.

Tellabs honors Texas Instruments

NAPERVILLE -- Tellabs Inc. honored the outstanding performance of Texas Instruments Inc., one of the company's preferred suppliers, with its annual Supplier of the Year Award. The award was presented at Tellabs' Supplier Alliance Day in Dallas. Suppliers were evaluated based on meeting high standards in the areas of technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery and total cost management, the company said.
