You're still paying a bill, but soon it'll be easier

You won't have to pay utility bills by mail much longer with the village of Mount Prospect. The village will have a new service soon that allows residents and business owners to pay water and refuse bills online.

Utility customers will have the ability to pay for service anytime from a computer with access to the Internet by using a debit or credit card.

The e-pay service has easy- to-use navigation, convenient payment options and 24-hour-a-day availability, village officials said.

Residents should look for more information regarding the e-pay service in the mail or in an upcoming utility bill statement.

Information is also available on the Web site, www.mountprospect.org.
