Sentence doesn't equate to justice

It has been over two years since the violent death of Nancy Palumbo in her Elmhurst home by her husband, John Svenstrup.

What a disgrace (to our judicial system) that he might end up serving 10 years, under standard sentencing rules, for this precious life when he is sentenced by Judge Burke on Nov. 30.

It has been said that Barry Bonds may be looking at 30 years and he's not a killer.
