Pre-construction pricing at Timber Oaks in Joliet
Buyers can still take advantage of pre-construction pricing at Kipling Homes' Timber Oaks, a neighborhood of 219 brick condominiums and courtyard townhouses in Joliet.
More than 35 units have been sold to date at the development, located near Frontage and McDonough roads.
"The models are currently under construction at Timber Oaks and are scheduled to open in late February, so buyers need to act fast if they want to take advantage of a special pre-construction pricing at the community," said Kathy Dames-Mattox, vice president of Kipling Homes.
With prices starting from $149,900, buyers can choose from an array of condominium floor plans in different building arrangements.
Floor plans range in size from 1,078 to 1,664 square feet with two to four bedrooms and one to three baths. The first residents have begun to move into their new homes.
The townhouses were designed to feel like single-family homes without the maintenance. They feature two to four bedrooms, one to three baths and attached two-car garages. They range in size from 1,115 to 1,664 square feet and are priced from $174,900 to $202,900.
"During the grand opening celebration buyers will have a limited time to take advantage of a special offer which features a free stainless-steel appliance package including a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave when buying a townhouse," said Dames-Mattox.
Here are details on the four townhouse plans:
• The two-story Aster offers 1,115 square feet with two bedrooms, 1½ baths, a formal living and dining room, master bedroom suite, kitchen with balcony, second-floor laundry room and attached two-car garage. The Aster is priced from $176,900.
• Base-priced at $204,900, the 1,664-square-foot Buttercup is an end unit with two to three bedrooms, two to three baths, separate living room and dining room, master suite with walk-in closet, a finished lower level for family room and attached two-car garage.
• The Cottonwood ranges in size from 1,417 to 1,617 square feet. This three-story townhouse has two to four bedrooms, 1½ to 2½ baths, formal living and dining room, a country kitchen, a master suite with optional private bath, second-floor laundry room and attached two-car garage. The Cottonwood is priced from $188,900.
• The Dahlia is also an end unit and features 1,377 square feet of living space. The Dahlia is priced from $181,900.
The two-bedroom condominiums range from $149,900 to $167,900. Buyers can choose from six different floor plans. The details on the condominiums include:
