LHS teacher still educates on day off
Kudos to Libertyville High School teacher Kevin O'Neil for anticipating a snow day last week and instructing that students log onto the school sponsored academic chat room, Moodle, to discuss the reading assignment. In addition, he had posted the lesson that was to be presented that day. An estimated 2/3 of the students participated. It's wonderful to see teachers like this putting forth the extra effort and time as well as making good use of technology on what would have otherwise been a wasted opportunity.
