Boogie down, baby
Following a reprieve from the disco scene after its closure in Schaumburg, Boogie Nights discotheque returns with fresh lava lamps and mirrored balls in West Chicago. The club's grand opening is scheduled for March 1, but feel free to check out the place this weekend. Expect smiley-face stickers en masse along with $2 U-Call-Its on Wednesdays and Industry Night Sundays.

'Guitar Hero' tourney
Why not get fabulous prizes, drinks and general local fandom for wailing on that video-game whammy like the "Guitar Hero" rock star that you are. Mixmaster Throwdown's trio of dance-tastic song slicers partners up with Dakota's bar this Tuesday to host the evening's "Guitar Hero" rock tournament. Do you have what it takes to be showcased among Nikki Sixx's caliber of players?
