Discounts offered as quick move-in incentives
Buyers can save from $55,000 to $75,000 by purchasing a quick move-in townhouse by April 30 at the Villas of Cambridge in Streamwood.
"For a limited time, pricing for the quick-move in homes at the Villas of Cambridge have been reduced significantly," said Paul F. Ivers, president of Cambridge Homes.
"The best deals are on the immediate delivery homes because those buyers are not able to go through the complete Cambridge experience, which includes choosing the interior finish items and other benefits that come with purchasing a new Cambridge home that has not yet been built," Ivers said.
The quick move-in homes include three Artisan series townhouses all of which are available for immediate delivery and are in a heavily wooded private cul-de-sac with abundant wildlife.
The three completed Artisan series townhouses are priced currently from $278,250 to $298,180. The prices are all inclusive and include a per home price reduction of $75,000. The three homes are of the 2,529-square-foot Monet design including a version with four bedrooms and 3½ baths and two versions with three bedrooms and two full and two half baths.
Each Artisan home features a finished lower level and 2½-car attached garage. The homes include such luxury features as gourmet kitchens with upgraded cabinets and stainless steel appliances, oak rails, volume ceilings, fireplaces with entertainment centers, Corian countertops and upgraded flooring.
Buyers can also save $55,000 on the current purchase prices of two quick move-in Arbor series townhouses which are available for spring delivery and include such luxury features as kitchen upgrades, fireplaces and volume ceilings. The 2,047-square-foot Sycamore is a three-level home with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a finished family room on the lower level with a corner fireplace, convenient upper level laundry area, and master suite with volume ceiling and private luxury bath, priced currently at $261,020. The 1,891-square-foot Pine is an end condition raised ranch home with two bedrooms, two baths, master bedroom with volume ceilings and private luxury bath, priced currently at $267,360. Both Arbor series homes include two-car attached garages.
Professionally appointed model homes showcasing all three Arbor series plans and all three Artisan series plans are now open for the public to view.
The Villas of Cambridge will include 120 total townhouses when complete, including 41 Arbor series homes and 79 Artisan series homes. All homes feature maintenance free living with the exterior maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, snow removal and hazard insurance provided for a monthly fee.
Located off Route 20 (Lake Street), just west of Route 59, the Villas of Cambridge features more than 18 acres of open space including over seven acres of heavily wooded forest preserve and a centrally located landscaped park site with a gazebo and pond.
