Dist. 211 approves new superintendent's contract
The Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 board Thursday approved a contract for incoming Superintendent Nancy Robb.
The board's vote was unanimous. Board President Robert LeFevere said the contract would go from 2009 to 2012, but further details weren't immediately available. Robb, the district's associate superintendent for instruction, is slated to start on Jan. 1 to replace the retiring Roger Thornton. The board named Robb superintendent in May. She's spent 28 years working in District 211.
