Hickrod has compassion

We are writing this to endorse Stan Hickrod for Kane County Coroner. We believe he would be a fine candidate because he has shown his dedication to the community and compassion for our particular cause, which is Juvenile Diabetes.

Our daughter was diagnosed five years ago with type 1 diabetes and requires multiple blood draws and insulin injections per day. We have been part of JDRF, a foundation dedicated to research, for years and Stan has played a major role in fundraising efforts. He has donated his time and money to our cause and has never asked for anything in return.

With that in mind, it is our opinion that Stan Hickrod would be an asset to the community in the capacity of Kane County Coroner. He is qualified, concerned, and compassionate.
