Duffy will represent my interests best

Like many taxpayers here in Lake County, I am looking forward to election day when I can express my opinion on rising property and sales taxes. I have had it with politicians spending money that the government doesn't have and feeling they can go back to the people for more in the form of added taxes.

I plan to vote for Dan Duffy for state Senate because I believe he will best represent my interests in Springfield. Dan was an outspoken critic of Gov. Blagojevich's Gross Receipts Tax and I believe he will fight attempts to raise our property taxes.

As a small-business owner and a husband and father who is raising his family here I believe Dan Duffy understands the issues facing all of us, maintaining a high quality of life, giving our children the best education while keeping taxes in check.

On Nov. 4, I am supporting Dan Duffy for Illinois Senate.
