Do we really own what we own?
One of the first acts Italian dictator Benito Mussolini did when he came to power was to seize control of and nationalize the banks. Several U.S. banks have tried to return the TARP money only to be rebuked. It's theirs whether they like it or not and so are the strings that come with it. So the government has taken our money, bought the banks and now has control over them. How did this happen to "We the People?"
Communism is a system of total government control over the means of capital. Capital is money, factories and manpower. Our global masters found that communism sapped one's will to work so a "better" plan was fascism. Fascism is a socialist system whereby some degree of ownership is allowed in business, or at least the illusion of it. In this way people are led to believe they still own something and so the burned out light bulbs get replaced and sidewalks get shoveled. In fascist systems, government controls the key aspects of business, like who is picked for CEO and what prices may be charged for products and the level of profit that may be earned. Imagine if the government told you what you could charge for your house. Would you really own it?
My fellow Americans, what Obama did to banking and GM is textbook fascism. Make no mistake about it, we now have a fascist banking system and one of our largest automakers is now controlled by fascism.
Hopefully the tax protests we saw recently are just the beginning of a movement to restore our republic.
