Buybuy Baby opens in Schaumburg
Buybuy Baby opened its newest store in Schaumburg at 580 E. Golf Road in Woodfield Plaza. The 32,000-square-foot superstore features merchandise for newborns, to toddlers including furniture, strollers, clothing and more. Buybuy Baby was founded in 1996 and acquired by Bed Bath & Beyond in 2007. The chain now operates more than 15 stores. Locally, they have one in Downers Grove and plans to open one in the fall in Batavia. The Schaumburg store is open from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. The company is based in Garden City, N.Y.
