Braiman supports Hartstein in 59th

These are exceptional times, not only for individuals but for all forms of government units, including the state of Illinois. In many ways, the State is at a crossroads, both economically and politically.

The upcoming election will afford the citizens of this State to elect officials who can make a difference and have the courage to make hard and sometimes difficult decisions. It is clear that Elliott Hartstein is the best choice for the 59th Representative District. I have had the opportunity to work closely with Elliott on numerous local, regional and statewide issues. He has a vast knowledge regarding critical issues that we will be facing over the next several years.

He has shown over the past decade as Village President that he is accountable and dedicated to the citizens he serves and has helped lead the Village to a sound and enviable financial position. His experience in these critical issues will serve the district and state well.

As a state representative it is imperative that our representatives not only listen, but lead. During his tenure as Buffalo Grove Village President he has taken leadership roles with numerous regional organizations and agencies. As a result, he has the knowledge and experience to actually make a difference in Springfield. Elliott will also be an independent voice who will not be unduly influenced by special interest groups or party leadership. He will be an unyielding advocate for those he represents.

Elliott Hartstein is clearly the best choice for State Representative and one I am proud to endorse.
