Candidate eager to make a difference

I realize there are a number of candidates eager to replace state Rep. Bob Biggins, who is stepping down after a distinguished career. I have lived in Lombard for 15 years and recently had the pleasure of meeting Alderman Chris Nybo of Elmhurst, at an event for the "Women of Lombard and Villa Park."

He was truly interested in a woman's perspective in regard to schools, jobs, taxes and the poor economy. With many single-parent homes today and seniors living alone, Chris expressed his compassion and understands the hardships of many families. He sees the need for some changes in government, and with his experience, education, knowledge and caring, I feel he is the best candidate to fill the shoes of Bob Biggins.

As a young, energetic family man, he truly understands how the hardships of the failing economy are affecting all age groups. I can see he is eager to make a difference and speak up for the people of Illinois. He has my vote and I highly recommend Chris Nybo for the 41st House District in Illinois. With his experience in public service, he will make sure he is heard in Springfield.
