Klich was charged with local ordinance possession alcohol by a minor; Milton was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and obstructing a peace officer. Reports said a witness saw him dozing off on a motorcycle in the Taco Bell parking lot, 2410 E. Rand Road, and phoned police. The male witness followed Tyler when he drove onto Rand Road and pointed him out to officers.
