BorgWarner to issue $250 mil. of notes
BorgWarner Inc. plans to sell $250 million of notes, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The 10-year debt may be issued as soon as today, according to a person familiar with the transaction who declined to be identified because terms aren't set.
Morgan Stanley is managing the transaction, BorgWarner said in the filing today, which didn't specify the maturity of the notes or the timing of the offering.
The Michigan-based company has operations in Addison.
