Dold position on abortion is clear

As a woman's health care provider who has many patients living in the 10th Congressional District, I am outraged at the blatant attempt to misrepresent Robert Dold's position on choice. Robert Dold is pro-choice and has always been. He believes in a woman's right to choose.

He believes the issue should be between a woman and her physician, and that the government should not be involved in that difficult and very personal decision.

His opponent has intentionally misconstrued this clear position in an effort to mislead voters. This is dishonest and shows a lack of integrity. The voters of the 10th District are intelligent and deserve to know the truth about each candidate's position.

We need leaders in Washington who are honest and lead with integrity as their guiding principal. We need leaders like Robert Dold.
