Spay and Stay hosts Meowdi Gras
The first Meowdi Gras, a benefit for Spay and Stay, will take place from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday, in the Upstairs Loft, 389 Center St., Grayslake.
The event features Cajun food, an animal communicator, silent auction, a cutest cat contest and other activities.
Communications sessions are from 6 to 8 p.m. and are $25 per session. Appointments are first come, first served. Bring a recent photo of your pet. A donation is suggested at the door. Visit spayandstay.org or call (847) 644-1568 for more information.
