Dewitt, Liddell for McHenry County College six-year term

McHenry County College is fortunate to have many qualified candidates running for two open board seats for a six-year term. Incumbent Bob DeWitt should continue to provide leadership and transparency. We like his focus on educating students for jobs in McHenry County. Challenger Linda Liddell is a positive newcomer who can connect board members with students and advance health science and green technology curriculums. Incumbent George Lowe deserves thanks for his lengthy board service, but we endorse DeWitt and Liddell for the best combination of passion and new ideas for MCC. Robert Jackson, Gordon Tebo, Cynthia Kisser and Erik Severtsen are also running.
