Your news Hickory Willow 3rd at tourney

For the second year in a row, Hickory Willow Swim Association, which swims at Conant High School in Hoffman Estates and Stagg High School in Palos Hills, finished third in the Age Group Championships.

The meet was held March 11-13 at the University of Illinois at Chicago. More than 800 athletes from all over Illinois competed in this meet. Hickory Willow sent a team of 40 swimmers. The swimmers come from Palatine, Schaumburg, Inverness, Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove, Itasca and Roselle.

Under the guidance of coaches Tom Rieman, Jon Addison, Jennifer King and Chris Flamion, top individual and relay finishers were Nick Amendola, Zack Amendola, Devin Apps, Ashley Asiddao, Jessica Balich, Brian Brown, Lauren Deangelis, Michael De Alba, Emma Dolan, Nicole Eaton, Cole Geinosky, Samyah Isa, Taira Juronis, Luke Kilhafner, Erica King, Harlan Long, Laura Mayer, Bart Mysliwiec, Jakub Mysliwiec, Brad Peterson, Erice Sgarbossa, Lucas Smiarowski, Kyleigh Spearing, Mae Syouri, Megan Vallance, Nick Vance, Trevor Winans and Konrad Witek.
