2008
John Philip Novak: $2,500 for violating state’s “revolving door prohibition.”

Marvin Sprague: $1,500 for soliciting loan from department of natural resources vendor.
Jill Morengthaler: $500 for asking state employee to appear in political advertisement.

Anna Segura-Abernathy: $500 for using state official’s name in state police public safety announcement.
Larry Trent: $500 for using state official’s name in state police public safety announcement.
Jessica Trame: $500 for using state official’s name in state police public safety announcement.
Sheila Nix: $1,000 for issuing state official’s news release endorsing political candidate.
Abigail Ottenhoff: $1,500 for issuing state official’s news release endorsing political candidate.
