Pink Ribbon Run Oct. 22 to benefit cancer services at Advocate Condell
Sponsored by the Advocate Condell Centre Clubs, the 2011 Pink Ribbon 5K and One Mile Walk event is set for Saturday, October 22, beginning at 8:45 a.m.
The event will be held at the University of St. Mary of the Lake Seminary, 1000 E. Maple Ave., in Mundelein. Proceeds from the run will benefit cancer services at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.
The one-mile run starts at 8:45 a.m. followed by the 5K Run/Walk at 9:15 a.m. The fee is $18 for the one-mile and $30 for the 5K for advanced registration. You can also sign up on the day of the event.
Fees are $20 for the one-mile and $35 for the 5K if you register on the day of the race. Register at signmeup.com/77026 or by calling (847) 990-5741.
