James Loisch named sales manager for Volo's Digital Schools' DS Secure

James Loisch has been named sales manager for Digital Schools' DS Secure, a leading-edge Networking, Security, VoIP and Wireless software solution. Loisch will be responsible for supporting sales for DS Secure, which offers over 500 solutions in just one appliance.

Digital Schools, headquartered in Volo, Ill., also has offices in Salinas, California.

“Jim brings 20 years of experience in technology sales and account management and will be a valuable addition to our sales team as our products continue to gain traction in the K-12 school market, where DS Secure brings significant total lower cost of ownership TCO, of up to 40% less than current TCO, to school districts and county offices,” said Chris Beyne, Director of Business Development for Digital Schools.

Most recently, Loisch was a sales executive and account manager for Vectra Geo Solutions, which offers technology in digital mapping, navigation and fleet management. Earlier he was regional sales manager for deCarta, Inc., where he was responsible for all sales, account management and maintenance for the Western Region.

Before joining deCarta, he was sales and business development director for Windspring, Inc., a software company specializing in advanced compression technology. He also was sales manager for Geomicro, Inc., a niche developer of mapping and navigation software.

This followed positions as regional sales manager for Telcontar, Inc, and a sales representative for Bridge Information Systems, a provider of financial information systems.
