“I am absolutely thrilled by this news. It is fantastic recognition of the standards my team has achieved in a few short months since we have been open,” said Jean-Pierre Leroux, General Manager of the Culinary & Hospitality Center at COD, where Waterleaf is located. “And it is a highly motivating accolade as well, one that will keep us sharply focused on exceeding our customers' expectations at every opportunity.”
The Best Overall rating is based on more than 100 reviews provided by Waterleaf patrons. The elegant new restaurant includes an eclectic fine-dining menu with traditional French and Italian selections, as well as inspired seasonal items created by Executive Chef Jean-Louis Clerc, who avidly embraces the farm-to-table philosophy. In addition, Waterleaf restaurant features an extensive wine list, with more than 160 varietals and labels from local, national and international wineries in its collection.
