Race not sole factor in dependency

Recently Joe Walsh attacked the Democratic Party, indicating that they are responsible for getting Hispanics and African-Americans dependent on government. Then he said that his statements “have nothing to do with race.” If he doesn’t want to be misunderstood, maybe he should avoid targeting races. He could comment on the elderly, who are so dependent on the government programs of Medicare and Social Security.
