Alden Courts of Waterford Offers New Medicare-Covered Rehabilitation for Those With Memory Care Needs

Alden Courts of Waterford Memory Care Assisted Living Community celebrated the opening of its new Medicare-Covered Rehabilitation neighborhood with a ribbon cutting organized by the Aurora Chamber of Commerce.

"We will continue to provide assisted living services for people living with memory loss and now will also offer short-term rehabilitation services, covered by Medicare, exclusively for individuals with memory care needs," says Lauren Wetzel, executive director at Alden Courts of Waterford. "Our memory care model is unique in ensuring the safety, security and comfort of those with memory care issues if their health care needs ever change."

The new neighborhood offers short-term rehabilitation and post-acute care, covered by Medicare, for individuals with memory care needs who need specialized care and therapy to function to the best of their ability in their home setting.

Over 60 guests celebrated the opening of the new neighborhood.
