Images: Final day of the DuPage and Lake County Fairs
It was the final day for the DuPage County Fair in Wheaton and the Lake County Fair in Grayslake. Fairgoers had their last chance to eat corn dogs and cheese fries, watch pie eating contests and racing monkeys, get their thrills on carnival rides and to sit back and listen to live music. The Demolition Derby and the Pig Races were part of the fun in DuPage County with the Goat Obstacle Course and the Cow Pie Bingo were the highlights in Lake County.
