For those looking to improve their overall strength, flexibility, cardio, agility and endurance, sign up for the Circuit Training Boot Camp (#1044). This boot camp is one of many fitness courses that are to begin August 20.

"Being healthy should be a priority for everyone; the benefits are limitless," Sue Garcia, Circuit Training Boot Camp instructor said. "I get so much satisfaction when the participants tell me about how a class they are taking from me has led to other healthy things in their lives. It's a great feeling to know that I am helping the community become healthy."

Garcia has been teaching fitness classes in Community Education since 2003. This fall she will also be teaching Zumba Gold Toning (#3613/#3614), Belly Dancing for Fitness and Fun (#1204/#1204A), Zumba Fitness (#3601) and more.
