Lyons Township Dog Training Club assists wildfires

Villa Park, Illinois. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Lyons Township Dog Training Club recently made a substantial donation to Los Angeles Animal Services to help defray expenses associated with the unexpected influx of unidentified dogs, cats and other domestic animals abandoned and lost in the recent California wildfires. Unusually heavy snow and rain compounded this tragedy that caused an overflow of stray animals in shelters surrounding the fire areas.

Lyons Township Dog Training Club is a not-for-profit AKC accredited dog training club that serves west suburban Chicagoland, Cook and DuPage counties. The club offers AKC agility, obedience, rally, tracking and therapy dog training classes at a large training facility in Villa Park. The club has been in existence since 1946.
