Wheat for Dec. rose 15 cents at 5.31 a bushel; Dec. corn was up 1.75 cents at 3.7050 a bushel, Dec. oats gained 3.25 cents at $3.1475 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans fell 4.5 cents at $8.9250 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dec. live cattle was up 1.03 cents at $1.1970 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle rose 2.7 cents at $1.4197 a pound; while Dec. lean hogs was off .20 cent at $.6102 pound.
