Simplify Healthcare to relocate to Aurora

AURORA - Simplify Healthcare, a health care technology and software solutions firm, has leased 6,430 square feet of space at 600 N. Commons Drive in Aurora.

The office building, along with the adjacent 550 N. Commons Drive, is owned and managed by Clear Height Properties.

The Michigan-based firm, founded in 2008, focuses exclusively on health plans and has expertise in benefit plan management, provider data and contract management, and value-based reconciliation. The company will relocate its Chicago area offices from Naperville to the Aurora building.

Earlier this year Clear Height Properties welcomed Orbit Medical, a Medicare-contracted supplier of medical equipment, to 550 N. Commons Drive. Orbit Medical occupies 15,233 square feet of space there.

Adam Johnson and Ryan Maher, both of NAI Hiffman, are the exclusive leasing agents for both 550 and 600 N. Commons Drive, representing Clear Height Properties. Keller Williams Realty Inc represented Simplify Healthcare.
